1. What the service is
Mendora Tech is a workspace for teachers: with artificial intelligence it prepares drafts of slides, lesson plans, worksheets, tests, live quizzes and official documents, lets you edit them, download them as PPTX, DOCX and PDF and run them in class. The service opens on the website, in the Telegram bot and in the Mendora Ustoz desktop app with one account.
Any result of artificial intelligence is a draft. Only material the teacher has reviewed and approved goes to the class or becomes an official document; responsibility for the content stays with the user who approved it.
2. Account and sign-in
An account needs a name and an e-mail with a password, or a Google or Telegram account. Some functions stay closed until a contact (e-mail or Telegram) is confirmed. The account is personal: do not share sign-in details; two-factor authentication is recommended.
You must be 18 or authorised to act for an educational organisation to use the platform. On suspicious activity the account may be restricted temporarily.
3. Plans, points and payment
Each plan gives a number of points a month and modules; the composition and prices are in the catalog, and how many points each creation takes is shown before you confirm it. Before a creation starts, its points are held on the account and spent on success; a failed creation spends nothing. Unused plan points do not carry over to the next period.
Payment is taken through Click or, for organisations, by bank transfer against an invoice. An electronic invoice is issued for every payment. Refunds follow the Refund policy.
4. The Telegram bot
The bot links to your account on the site and uses the same allowance. You may order a material by text or by voice message; the finished file arrives in the chat. Telegram's own terms also apply. Voice messages are deleted after transcription.
5. The Mendora Ustoz app
The app is licensed within the modules of the plan, for the subscription period and on the stated number of devices. Modifying or decompiling it, bypassing its protection or distributing it is prohibited. Lesson audio, test results and student data stay on your computer; protecting and backing them up is your responsibility.
6. Materials and copyright
The sources you upload and the topics you enter remain yours; the platform receives the right to use them as far as the service needs (storage, processing, export). You may use the materials the platform prepares freely in your work, including commercially; checking their accuracy and crediting sources correctly is your responsibility.
The platform's software, design and trademarks belong to the Provider. Copyrighted textbooks and other sources may be uploaded only on a lawful basis; uploading or distributing content that infringes others' rights, is unlawful or harmful to children is prohibited.
7. Live lessons and students
Students join a live quiz with a code, without an account, with a display name only. Protecting students' data, especially minors', and obtaining the needed consent is the duty of the teacher and the educational organisation.
8. Organisations
On the Organisation plan an administrator adds and removes teachers and manages limits and modules; materials show the organisation's name and logo. When a teacher leaves the organisation, their personal account remains and the seat the organisation gave returns to it.
9. Referral programme
Every teacher has an invitation link. From the confirmed payments of a user who joined through the link, the percentage announced on the platform goes to the referrer's wallet and becomes available after a waiting period. The percentage and the period may change; a change affects only later payments. When a payment is refunded, the related reward is cancelled. Self-referral, fake accounts and other abuse suspend the rewards.
10. Restrictions
The service may not be used for spam, spreading malware, interfering with other users, bypassing system limits, automated mass requests or creating unlawful content. Plans set certain limits (materials you make yourself from a template, participants in a live session, downloads).
11. Termination and changes
The account may be closed at any time; the service runs to the end of the paid period. On a breach of the terms the account may be restricted or closed. When the terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date and version; material changes are announced on the platform.
12. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”; the Provider does not warrant the accuracy of artificial-intelligence results and its liability to the Customer is limited to the amount paid for the last period. The Provider is not liable for outages of third-party services or force majeure.
13. Contact
For questions use the Support section on the platform, Telegram or e-mail sadulla@mendora.tech. Operator: NEXT US LLC (TIN: 313 165 293).
